SkippyEd is the brand name of SKIPPY ED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS – FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under Freezone License #57870, issued by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA).

If you are under 18 years old, you must use the Platform with the consent of a parent, guardian, or school.

Schools or institutions are responsible for ensuring proper consent has been obtained when registering students.

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability at all times.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without noticez

If you pay for individual access to assessments or services:

· Pricing and applicable terms will be displayed prior to purchase

· Refunds will be issued only in accordance with our Refund Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKIPPY ED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS – FZCOshall not be liable for:

· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

· Losses arising from reliance on Platform content or service interruptions

The Platform provides educational guidance only and does not guarantee admission, employment, or income.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting info@skippyed.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

You may discontinue use at any time by deleting your account or ceasing access.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
